What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1000 pieces per design, depending on the box type and printing method.
Can I get a sample? How long does it take?
We can make custom samples for quality and design checking before production. For custom samples, lead time is about 5–7 working days.
Can you print my logo or do hot stamping?
Absolutely. We offer a variety of surface finishes including foil stamping, UV, embossing, lamination and silk screen.
What materials do you use for boxes?
We commonly use greyboard + texture paper, kraft paper, art paper, black/white paperboard, and eco-friendly materials upon request.
I don't have a design file. Can you help?
Sure. Our in-house design team can assist with both structural and graphic design.
What is your production lead time?
Depending on the order quantity and complexity, normally 20 business days for ordinary orders. For large order the lead time will be longer.
Can you produce eco-friendly boxes?
Yes. We support recyclable, biodegradable, plastic-free, and FSC-certified packaging solutions.
