DHP Boxes accepts artwork files in Adobe Illustrator (.AI), PDF, and Photoshop (.PSD) formats. Vector-based formats (AI, PDF) are strongly preferred for best print quality. Artwork File Requirements Preferred format: Adobe Illustrator (.AI) with all fonts outlined Accepted formats: PDF (press-quality), PSD (300 DPI minimum, layered) Color mode: CMYK (not RGB) for accurate color reproduction Resolution: 300 DPI minimum for all raster elements Bleed: 3mm on all sides Safety margin: Keep all critical text and logos at least 5mm from the trim edge Fonts: Outline all fonts or embed them in the file If you do not have print-ready artwork files, our in-house design team can assist with artwork preparation, layout adjustments, and dieline creation.
