Can I track my packaging box order during shipping?

Yes, all DHP Boxes shipments include tracking. You receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our factory.

Tracking by Shipping Method

  • Express courier (DHL/UPS/FedEx): Real-time tracking with estimated delivery date, updated at every scan point
  • Air freight: Airway bill (AWB) number for tracking via airline cargo systems and freight forwarder portals
  • Sea freight: Bill of lading (B/L) number and container number for tracking via shipping line websites and port systems
What you receive: After shipment, we email you the tracking number, carrier name, tracking link, and estimated delivery date. You can monitor your shipment from departure to final delivery.

For sea freight shipments, we also provide vessel name, estimated departure date, and estimated arrival date at the destination port so you can coordinate customs clearance and inland transportation.
